  1. Where is my package?
    After placing your order, it takes an average of 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and 5-10 (Mon- Fri) business days for your order to be delivered. If these periods have passed and your package has not arrived, please contact Customer Service at cs@luxavendi.com

  2. Where can I find my track & trace code?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email. Please also check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take a while before the Track & Trace link becomes active.

  3. How can I track the progress of my order?
    You can track the progress of your order using the Track & Trace number that you received via email.

  4. I am not satisfied with my package.
    Please see our Refund and Return Policy for information on returning your package.
